On Wednesday, March 22, writer Ralph Eubanks will give a public reading, along with a Q&A session, at University of Alabama-Birmingham as part of the UAB Writer’s Series, which invites nationally recognized authors to come and speak on campus. The event, which starts at 6:00 PM, will take place at Hulsey Recital Hall.
Ralph Eubanks is the author of Ever Is a Long Time: A Journey Into Mississippi’s Dark Past and his most recent memoir titled The House at the End of the Road: The Story of Three Generations of an Interracial Family in the American South.
In his writing career, Eubanks has also contributed to the Washington Post and the Chicago Tribune. He has also been a Guggenheim Fellow and has served as editor of the Virginia Quarterly Review.
