Next Thursday, January 26, at 7:00 PM, the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in Jacksonville, Florida will be hosting a public reading given by sophomores in the creative writing program. The reading will be held at the Museum of Contemporary Arts in downtown Jacksonville. Each of the participating 10th graders will read original works from the first semester of this school year.
Everyone is welcome, the reading will last about ninety minutes. During the fifteen-minute intermission, cookies and coffee will be served. The creative writing program’s juniors will be attending the sophomores reading as part of their mentoring program.
