We had a warm December, and the garden thrived. Heck, we even had a . . . dandelion in winter! Get it?
Anyway, when we got back from the holidays, we set about cleaning out the old, so we can plant new.
The students got the few remaining onions harvested.
The collards had had it.
But the cabbages were still thriving.
So now the beds are empty, except for the Dusty millers, which are doing fine.
And the compost pile has some fodder for its residents.
